Quinoa Breakfast

Here is one of my favorite things to eat for breakfast.  It is so easy, nutritious and you can add whatever you like.

Ingredients
Quinoa
Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
Fruit (your choice)
Cinnamon
Roasted Chopped Nuts
 
Cook 1cup Quinoa with 1cup Almond Milk & 1cup water.  If adding dried fruit put in before all the water is absorbed. Top with cinnamon, nuts, berries, almond milk and anything else you would enjoy.
Quinoa is full of protein and this is a great meal to start you day with.  Add a smoothie to the side.
