A coach is a trained professional who has the skills that help individuals create positive changes, see new possibilities, and help their clients define the steps to be taken to achieve both their short term and long term goals outside of their coaching session. We hold you accountable to your time outside of the coaching sessions.

Initial Consultation includes fitness assessment & planning based from 4 health questionnaire forms, program design & workout. An initial consultation must be purchased in addition to any training sessions or packages.

Partner Training available for $15 added on to the hourly rate. Financing available for Packages at a fee of $25.
